University of Maine, New Media, Maine 2021 – 2023

Graduate Teaching Assistant

Ensured students received enriching and productive learning experiences by cultivating and maintaining in-person and virtual class environments with class sizes of 20-plus students.
Instructed in Digital Computer lab on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, delivering demo presentations to three class groups per week. Prepared high-stakes presentations on particular topics for each week.
Managed New Media Capstone class, creating final long-term project. Coordinated with each student via scheduled Zoom and physical meetings.
Acted as an instructor of record for one month as TA in Capstone class while the instructor was away, managing the classes and one-on-one meetings.

University of Maine, COUGAR, Maine 2022

Summer Graduate Assistant

Redesigned the department’s COUGAR and Student Symposium’s website on the University of Maine's WordPress system, enhancing the overall aesthetic and user experience.

Church of Universal Fellowship, Orono, Maine 2021 – 2023

Audio Video Technician

Managed and operated audio and video of Sunday services for in-person guests and remote quest via Zoom for an audience of 60 to 100 congregation members.
Developed new digital-based audio and video equipment and software configuration that works effectively with a preexisting audio system while staying within a designated tight $6,000 budget.
Managed and operated audio-visual equipment for live church services, ensuring seamless remote broadcasting via Zoom and subsequent posting of recorded services on the church website for accessible documentation and outreach.

University of Maine, IMRC, Maine 2018 – 2019

Graduate Assistant

Conducted comprehensive safety training for students on using laser cutters, 3D printers, and prototype lab equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Developed and produced engaging infographics to enhance visual communication about lab safety and equipment operation.

Was integral in transitioning from in-person classes to remote classes during the pandemic by providing technical support for the instructor and students using Zoom and BrightSpace.
